How do I order at the Duesenberg Luthier's Reserve?

1. The shopping cart

Choose the instrument you want to order by selecting it and clicking the button "Add to shopping cart". Thus the selected items are added to the shopping cart. The shopping cart is shown on the right side so you can check its content.

You can reach the shopping cart by clicking on the link at the top of the page. Before checkout you can still change the quantities or delete items from the cart (just click on the "X"). By clicking "Proceed to checkout" you move on to the next step.

2. Your address

You have the choice to either log in with your email address and password (if you already have a customer account) or create a new account. You also have the opportunity to order as a guest without a customer account. In order to do so check "Don't create customer account". The data you enter are collected and used according to the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz - TMG) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz - BDSG). Click "Continue" to move on to the next step.

3. Payment & Dispatch

Now you can choose your preferred payment method.
All instruments are shipped via FedEx International Economy, so there is nothing you can choose here.

4. Check your order and checkout / Terms & Conditions / Privacy

Finally you see a survey with the items in your shopping cart and the order information. This is your last chance to make any more changes before your order is sent off.

Please read the Terms & Conditions and the information about your right of withdrawal and the data privacy statement. You can only finish your order after you agreed to the Terms & Conditions (checkbox!). By clicking on "Complete order" you check out. An e-mail automatically sent by the shop system will confirm your order. 

As soon as the money is transferred the order will be prepared for shipping.
